We should not be prescribing anything like supplements, or nutrition plans to individuals without understanding where the client is at on a physiological and psychological level.

I started my integrative medicine journey by default.

I, like so many others, wasn't getting any answers from the current healthcare system. I was struggling with digestive issues and was diagnosed with a liver condition. This drove me to endless hours of research and studying.

I joined the institute of health where I quickly realised that there are a lot of natural, and safe ways to optimise health and performance. The reason why it's so important to work with me instead of another blood test company is that they don't have the skillset I do or give attention to detail. that is needed.

My journey in holistic health started with healing my inner self. I like so many other women, had struggled my entire life with disordered eating and training behaviours. Struggling with regulation of my menstrual cycle post hormonal contraceptive use and management of my digestion.

With my Bsc(Hons) background in Sport and Exercise Science, I decided to study further. Integrating spiritual, conventional and functional practices to better nurture and create an all-encompassing approach to wellness. Empowering clients to take autonomy for their own health and live life on their own terms.

With a background in music and an environment filled with drugs and alcohol, I discovered functional fitness and CrossFit, changing the game for me. Now, I prioritise nutrition, recovery, and fitness. I used to be a client of the Superhuman Health Protocol, and it made a world of difference in my journey. Today, I help the SHP team with graphic design and social media efforts, to enhance your own transformative journey.
